Dcouments required for - High Seas Sale HSS
The following details need to be incorporated in the High Seas Sale Agreement, with immediate effect:
- Date of the High Seas Sale Agreement
- Name along with *photograph* of the Authorized Signatory & IEC No. of the *Seller*
- Name along with *photograph* of the Authorized Signatory & IEC No. of the *Buyer*
- B/L No. & Date
- Description of Goods
- Gross Weight
- Net Weight
- Number of Packages
- Commercial Invoice No. (Import Invoice No. in Foreign Currency) & Date
- Sale price of goods after 2% loading (some importers only mention CIF + 2%. Now Sale price i.e. Unit price in *INR* and total value of goods will be necessary)
- Notary’s Signature, stamp, name & address
- Registration No. of Notary
- Name, Address, Sign & PAN No. of the witness
- Signature with stamp of both the parties on all pages of agreement
Further, both party’s letter, the copy of B/L, High Seas Sale Invoice; should mentioned the name &
designation of the authorized person against their signatures.
